I actually walked through this update in real time as I removed property configurations two through four. You now have a single property version that comes with the download and a four property version.
Initially this model was just for one property, then I had requests to add multiple, so I did that but in the process the single property version got lost because of all the updates that were done to add multiple properties. Now, there have been requests for a single property version that has all the same structure as the multi-property one, except only tabs and inputs for a single building. That update has now been added in the form of a second spreadsheet.
I had some fun doing these updates live and showing everyone a technique I use when trying to delete logic and tabs out of an existing spreadsheet in the most efficient way possible without leaving unknown errors. The trick is to just start deleting the unused areas and then follow the ref errors until there are none left to delete.
